A spacious covered patio offers the ideal space for al fresco dining, hosting barbecues, or simply relaxing on comfortable garden furniture, surrounded by greenery and silence. From here, the view stretches out among olive trees and bushes of mastic and rosemary. The outdoor showers in the garden provide unforgettable moments of refreshment and vitality.

From the veranda, the view sweeps beyond the vegetation, offering a breathtaking panorama that takes in the Gulf of Pittulongu and extends all the way to the majestic silhouetteof Tavolara Island, which stands out against the horizon. The interior of the villa also holds surprises: just look out the window of one of the bedrooms to be captivated by a glimpse of the blue sea blending into the sky.

The villa is surrounded by a vast, natural garden spanning 2,000 square meters—meticulously maintained yet respectful of the local flora—where the Mediterranean scrub offers privacy and an unmistakable fragrance. At the entrance, a stone path lined with blooming bougainvillea will welcome you.
